Experience & Qualification Criteria:
- Degree/Mining or engineering/Project management/Mine Overseer
- 9+ years of industry Experience
- Knowledge running the full function for multiple project sites, as strong leadership is required
Primary Responsibilities:
- General site management of multiple projects (sound mining/engineering technical knowledge)
- Full operational (hands-on experience)
- Engaging with clients on a regular basis as well as networking on various levels
- Managing the HR function (unions, wage negotiations)
- Managing the financial function (Budgeting, forecasting)
