Job Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and Internet industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in sales management within the IT and Internet sector
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets

Education:

Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing or equivalent qualification

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the IT and Internet industry

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and technology trends
• Experience with software as a service (SAAS) and business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or related field
• Professional certifications in sales or marketing

Working Conditions:

This role may require travel within the country to meet clients and attend industry events. Standard office hours apply, with occasional evening or weekend work to meet business needs.
