What we are looking for: A talented and passionate Conceptual Art Director / Copywriter who can create one-of-a-kind campaigns for our clients. What you will do: Develop, refine and implement a creative ideas and campaigns aligned with clients’ goals and objectives Develop innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands Create customer-focused solutions that support advertising objectives Lead campaigns independently and collaborate with internal teams, clients and external agencies Committed to understanding customers and delivering work that is both innovative on brand and successful Present ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients Ability to manage multiple projects at once within budget and deadlines Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential and social What you must have: Proven experience as an Art Director or Conceptual Copywriter or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing work Highly proficient in design, typography, retouching, video and motion a plus, using Adobe Suite Strong understanding of social, video, brand and design aesthetics Ability to translate creative briefs into visually compelling and effective motion design solutions Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team Positive and collaborative attitude, with own team, wider organisation and external collaborators Valid passport for overseas travel
