Description Job title: Creative Artworker / Creative Designer Our client, based in the United Kingdom , is in the promotions and branch merchandising industry and they are looking to hire a Creative Artworker / Creative Designer to join their team remotely from South Africa as soon as possible. Our client specialises in bespoke and large volume manufacture and import promotional products. They have also expanded their offering to include UK/EU stocklist catalogue products for those quick turn in promotional product needs. Below are just a few of the most common product categories they cover. Apparel Bags Bar & Beverage (On-Trade/Off-Trade) Bespoke Products Drinkware Hats & Headwear Health & Beauty Lanyards Notebooks Novelty Pet Products Plush Travel Items Wood Products Key Responsibilities Design and execute visually compelling POS (Point of Sale) materials. Contribute to branding projects from conceptualization to final execution. Ensure all artwork is ready for print or digital implementation, adhering to brand guidelines. Required Skills and Abilities Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). ?Strong artworking skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to translate conceptual ideas into tangible design solutions. Experience in creating print-ready designs and familiarity with print production processes. ?Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers, clients, and team members. Experience A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Creative Artworker or Designer within the marketing or advertising industry. ?Demonstrated experience in POS, branding, and sourcing for design projects. Portfolio showcasing previous work in POS development and brand-centric design projects. Desired Characteristics A strong creative thinker who can work independently and collaboratively. ?Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Adaptable and proactive in learning new skills and technologies. ?Candidates who have a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously will be prioritized.
