Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team in Durban. The company is a leading financial institution with a strong presence in the Banking industry. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients and making informed recommendations based on your analysis. Responsibilities Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of potential clients Assess risks associated with credit and loan transactions and propose strategies to mitigate those risks Prepare comprehensive credit reports and make informed recommendations based on findings Monitor the credit portfolio and proactively identify potential issues or risks Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and ensure accurate credit assessments Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit analysis Provide credit analysis expertise and support to other departments within the organization Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Proven experience in credit analysis or a similar role Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficient in using credit analysis tools and software Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Benefits Salary: R550K/yr - R750K/yr, salary negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move today Salary: negotiable.
