An established, but rapidly expanding transport and logistics business based in Bellville, Cape Town is seeking to employ 8 detailed orientated POD/Credit/Admin Clerks to join their financial operations team. Assisting the Creditors Team in managing Creditors book: Processing all pod, matching pod's to correct load Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure pod's are received on a timely basis from transporters Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and pod Supplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountant Requesting pod's by means of emails and phone call Any other request by the Accountant or Assistant accountants Maintains historical records by filing documents. Telephone duties, this entail answering and directing calls. Any other ad hoc admin duties required. Matric is a must. Math and Accounting Subjects will be an added benefit. Credit clerk or finance or transport admin experience is amust. Salary: R10000 to R13000/month basic salary dependant on skills and experience.
