Reference: BOK004123-CMB-1Credit Controller with Min 5 years experience sought by this highly regarded organization Qualification: Matric Recognized Diploma In Credit Control Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required Valid code 08 drivers license Proficient in Syspro, Excel and Word Good communication skills High Degree of computer literacy Experience and Duties: Reconciliation of GL and Debtors accounts Assessment &recommendation of new applications Liaison with debt collectors/ attorneys on handover Weekly meetings with divisional staff Allocate payments from bank statements to debtors accounts Opening of accounts on Syspro when required Communicating with customers regarding account queries Follow up credit balances on the management report regularly and manage refund requests Process credit applications as per company policy Report on VAT queries for Export invoices to SARS when required Send out customer statements and follow up on payments Provide FM with required forecast figures every Monday morning
