Purpose of the role Co-ordination of the AR portfolio across the Core Group of Companies Group and subsidiaries. Responsibilities Maintenance of company accounts. Review credit applications/ amendments received from AR clerks Review all information captured on Syspro for applications. Review and update of customers on hold Approval of orders released on accounts with credit. Contractual billings and compliance of billings Ad hoc billings (Marketing, Apple, Sell out and margin) Statement of billings raised by customers AR adjustments Return claims allocations Monthly reconciliations of all accounts with balances Required skills and qualifications Completed Matric Completed B Com Finance degree or similar 2 years’ experience within accounts receivable or credit control Experience within product focussed industry would be beneficial. Experience working with Syspro Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
