With the largest independently owned fleet in South Africa, vehicles available to rent include compact cars, economy cars, premium cars, people carriers and SUVs. You have the fantastic opportunity to join this growing and dynamic team as a Credit Controller. Duties: Overseeing the collection of customer accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Must be able to communicate in an efficient yet friendly manner with customers. To ensure timely following up of payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention Reconciling complex accounts and resolving queries with the Account Holder Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in Age Analysis Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within the Company Policies Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team Job Experience & Skills Required: Completed higher qualification in accounting (Degree) Experience with Sage Evolution or Pastel software is desired. Excellent Excel experience / skills 2-4 years' experience within accounting and within the Car Rental industry would be preferred. If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
