Resolve account queries promptly, demonstrating strong reconciling skills. Proactively communicate with sales staff to prevent aging of accounts and minimize credit risks. Assist in raising sales invoices and issuing credit notes as needed. Contribute to the management of debt recovery efforts, ensuring maximum benefit to cash flow. Maintain accurate records of collections, queries, and debtors aging. Requirements: Matric qualification is essential(Relevant Finance Diploma or Degree would be ideal) Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in credit management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
