We're currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Credit Controller. Conduct month-end collections and achieve set targets. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations to support the payment process. Prepare and structure monthly invoices/statements to facilitate timely payments. Perform credit vetting and provide recommendations on credit risk. Maintain and update debtor records. Address account queries, proof of deliveries (PODs), credits, etc., in a timely manner. Maintain proper filing of day-to-day documentation. Accurately allocate payments from bank statements to respective accounts. Demonstrate excellent telephone manners and communication skills. Possess effective collection skills and the ability to negotiate payment arrangements. Diploma in Credit Management 1, 2, 3, or 4, or equivalent qualification Knowledge & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit Control/Debtors. Competencies: Reconciliations Problem-solving Accuracy Computer literacy Excellent telephone manner Ability to meet deadlines Strong team player
