An opportunity has become available for a Credit Controller reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller . The successful incumbent will be based at Lanseria International Airport. Managing of debtors' book/portfolio Responsible for managing queries raised by customers and operators. Regular tracking of all users to ensure correct billing. Stakeholder Management (Customers and Operators) Preparing monthly customer statements Financial and contract administration of property tenants. Internal liaison/other departments Prepare monthly departmental reports, i.e. ATNS Manage and reduce possible backlogs to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Liaise with relevant departments to obtain parking and service registers and process fees. Liaise with the Managing Executive: Finance or equivalent for review and approvals various documents. Train stakeholders on usage of the support system (Petreol) Hand-overs and long overdue/bad debt account Track overdue accounts. Prepare overdue accounts report for management review and actions. Journals Prepare monthly journals for scheduled operators Receipts Review the company bank statements to ensure customer portfolio is up to date. Ensure timeous processing of the ledger. Scheduled operators Prepare monthly scheduled operator invoices in line with the SLA's. Reconciliation Prepare monthly reconciliation between the support system (e.g. Petrel) and the accounting system (e.g. Accpac) Adhoc tasks Assist and support the Accountant, Executive Manager Finance or any other airport staff and management with adhoc tasks. National Diploma: Credit Management or equivalent Minimum of 3-year debtors/credit controlling experience Book value in excess of R20 000 000, and 500 accounts or more SAGE 300 or related systems R24K - R27K Basic inclu Medical Aid and Provident Fund
