As the Manager of Credit Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in managing and cultivating strong relationships within dealer and branch networks. Major Duties:
- Regularly engage with dealers to ensure the readiness of credit services and achieve volume targets.
- Oversee marketing and action plans tailored to each region, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
- Monitor product pricing and conduct complex calculations for proper spread adjustments to meet targeted yields.
- Provide comprehensive training to dealers' sales forces, ensuring effective communication of credit products to potential prospects.
- Develop new products aligned with market demand, assessing risk mitigation strategies and targeted yields.
- Manage sensitive market and internal information to create marketing and advertising plans for product launches or reinforcement.
- Represent the company at special events, farm shows, and meetings to promote credit products to the general public, governmental agencies, and branch personnel.

- Experience in Sales and Marketing Management.
