My client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Credit Vetting Agent. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of credit applications while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy. Duties: Manage credit vetting tickets daily, ensuring timely and precise processing. Meet set ticket targets as directed by the Team Leader to support team objectives. Analyze data from various sources to inform decision-making processes. Work closely with the sales team to swiftly address inquiries and resolve issues. Follow management directives on procedures and special initiatives, displaying adaptability. Deliver professional responses to applications, offering clear and succinct feedback. Interact positively with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships. Uphold professional communication standards, portraying our company with integrity and courtesy consistently.
