We are looking for an experienced individual to join our finance team at our Head Office. To ensure that the supplier information on MDA is correctly and accurately captured Able to work with all departments, such as the procurement and operations departments, to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining positive working relationships Ensure that payment packs meet the requirements of the company procurement policy Make payments on time ensuring that the risks of interest on overdue payments and utility service cuts are avoided Reconcile supplier statements Manage municipal accounts and resolve queries General administration relating to this function. This position reports to the Accountant. Practical and relevant work experience should be demonstrated in the candidate's CV. The candidate must have excellent English language skills (speak, read, write). MS Outlook essential. The candidate must be able to manage their email well and have a good grasp of email etiquette. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential. The candidate must be well-groomed, neat, flexible, reliable and organised. Candidate must be able to adapt to shifting job demands and deadlines. Be able to work in a team, follow company processes and take initiative when necessary. Experience working on MDA Property Manager will be advantageous. We are looking for a Creditors Administrator with a minimum of five years' work experience handling large volumes of payments within strict turnaround times, the ability to efficiently manage your time and the willingness to hold yourself accountable.
