Reference: DBN002490-LP-1Are you meticulous with numbers and have a passion for finance?An established security fencing company in KwaZulu-Natal are currently seeking a talented Creditors Clerk to join their team. Duties and responsibilities: Efficient on Pastel – knowledge on processing purchase invoices and linking to purchase orders. Processing Supplier Invoices as they are received. Maintain accurate coding. Ensuring all tax invoices have a corresponding delivery note and order attached. Supplier invoices to be made out correctly showing full company name and VAT registration number etc. Follow up Suppliers invoices not received. Reconciling Supplier statement to ledgers. Meeting month end deadlines. Processing discount schedules and online banking payment schedules – having them authorised for payment. Ensuring bank accounts are correct. Sending remittance at month end. Dealing with all Credit application forms ensuring they are completed accurately and timeously. Keeping track of all credit limits. Dealing with interim payments and ensuring proof of payments are sent off. Dealing with petty cash, credit, and petrol cards.
