Reference: PTA001362-DP-1Creditors ClerkWe are currently recruiting for a Creditors Clerk for our client that specialises in supplying specialised gasses that is based in Midstream, Johannesburg. The successful candidate should encompass at least one year experience in a similar position. Minimum Requirements: Matric. 1 year experience as a Creditors Clerk. Previous exposure to the FNB Online Platform. Book Value of at least R2 Million. Managed reconciliations of more than 2 entities or branches. Previous working exposure on MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Duties and Responsibilities: Conducting monthly creditors reconciliations for three branches, totaling approximately R4.5 million. Performing weekly reconciliations and processing payments for cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions. Managing maintenance team quotations and communicating with clients regarding maintenance issues. Administering weekly wage calculations for the maintenance team. Processing daily cash-ups for three branches. Uploading payments and recipients onto FNB online banking platform.
