ENVIRONMENT: A leading global sports brand seeks a Creditors Clerk to join their team. You will be responsible to manage bank reconciliations and handle creditors' and debtors' reconciliations. Ideal candidates will hold a certification or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant experience in a similar role. DUTIES: Perform bank reconciliations. Handle creditors' reconciliations. Conduct debtors' reconciliations. Manage creditors, including processing invoices, payments, and supplier queries. Assist with debtors' duties as needed, including invoicing and reconciliations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to creditors and debtors. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or similar role. Experience with stock management or familiarity with working with stock. Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and general accounting procedures. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. Preferred Skills: Certification or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in a similar role within [specific industry]. Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance. ATTRIBUTES: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
