Send your CV to Shouneezsalixrecruitment.co.za Duties: Matching supplier invoices against requisitions, purchase orders, and goods received notes. Capturing supplier invoices and credit notes. Ensuring proper authorization of requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices. Verifying invoices related to contracts. Utilizing correct GL accounts and vendor accounts when processing invoices. Resolving discrepancies with involved parties. Managing Goods Received Not Invoiced and open supplier purchase orders. Following up on outstanding documentation. Applying and processing VAT on supplier invoices and credit notes. Timely payment of supplier invoices, ensuring applicable discounts are claimed. Forwarding remittance advices to suppliers after payment. Filing all supplier invoices and credit notes according to agreed protocols. Preparing monthly creditor reconciliations. General administrative duties. Keeping up with relevant financial laws. Working to deadlines and being able to work overtime when required. Ensuring quality measures are taken in line with ISO regulations. Performing ad-hoc duties as required Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Bachelor's degree in accounting Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience performing creditors/accounts payable duties, preferably in a medium-sized organisation. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills. Sound accounting knowledge. Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Prioritization of time. Attention to detail. High level of integrity. Deadline-driven. Adaptability. Technical aptitude. Reliable transport.
