Our reputable Logistics client that is based in Pomona, Kempton Park is seeking a meticulous Creditors Clerk to manage the company's accounts payable process. Salary : R10 500 – R15 000 Per Month (Depending on Experience) The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements : Matric/Grade 12 Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field preferred Proven experience as a Creditors Clerk or similar role. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have SAP experience Responsibilities : Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions. Communicate effectively with suppliers to address queries and resolve issues. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and accurate financial reporting. Always adhere to company policies and procedures.
