Requirements: Must have Matric. Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or Data Analyst or in a similar role. Solid knowledge and understanding of database structure and systems like SQL. Deep understanding and knowledge of CRM & ERP System (minimum 5 years’ experience required). Proficiency in CRM system administration, including user management, data management, customization, and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate data entry and system maintenance. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and provide user support. Advantageous Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience working in a sales environment with rental and leasing knowledge. Sage knowledge. Understanding of procurement, financial and sales processes. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: CRM System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, including user management, security settings, and data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and address CRM system issues. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain CRM reports to provide meaningful insights. to sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate actionable reports to support data-driven decision-making. Data Management: Monitor and improve data quality within the CRM system by conducting regular data audits and implementing data cleansing processes. Training and User Support: Develop and deliver CRM training programs for end-users, including new employee onboarding and ongoing training sessions. Provide technical support and guidance to users, troubleshooting system-related issues, and assisting with user adoption. Full and complete management of Customer Relations Management Software. Rep Allocations to client. Maintenance/clean-up of data on CRM by ensuring that client information is not duplicated. Provide CRM technical support. Conduct CRM training with new users. Monitor sales rep activity. Loading of new equipment on CRM. Produce the following detailed reports: Weekly activity data reports, Monthly data reports, Maintenance reports. Manage leads (allocation to reps and regular follow ups thereafter). Handle all Client settlements/ Cancellation queries. Verify and distribute client information. Understand and interpret client contracts. Loading of contracts. Assisting sales reps with contracts/settlements/ any queries. Create New User Profiles. Remove Access for terminated staff.
