About the CRM team The CRM team forms part of the Revenue Ops function. As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in maximising our robust CRM system to foster personalised interactions, seamless communication, and tailored, relevant messaging to our customers. Leveraging data analytics and innovative technologies, you'll contribute to cultivating long-lasting relationships with our customers and driving growth at Yoco. About the role We're looking for a highly motivated CRM Campaign Manager with a solid background in campaign management to lead the development and enhancement of our CRM Campaign marketing efforts. Collaborating across teams, you'll spearhead initiatives to expand our customer base, boost conversion rates, and optimise customer lifetime value (LTV). You will need hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Intercom or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), be data-driven, customer-centric, and possess a knack for integrating and managing multiple owned channels effectively. What you will be doing Run our customer lifecycle campaigns for merchant onboarding and retention. Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability and retention. Email Campaign Management. Create and manage mailing lists pre- and post-distribution. Plan, develop and execute cross-channel CRM campaigns leveraging email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instant messengers and in-app messaging. Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyse results to garner useful insights for proactive action. Implement activities based on analysis to improve engagement, conversion rates, upselling, cross-selling and customer loyalty. Analyse campaign results and give recommendations. Weekly reporting and campaign forecasting. Work closely with all departments (Product, BI, Marketing, Operations) About you At least 2 years of technical experience leading CRM campaigns with financial industry exposure is preferred. Deep experience developing dynamic, lifecycle marketing programs and CRM engagement marketing programs through email (HTML, SQL principles), push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, and/or in-app marketing. Track record of driving measurable revenue through customer engagement. Fluency in CRM tools and working across channels (Intercom or Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Data-driven and analytical. Ability to manipulate large data sets and analyse data. Converting data into actionable business insights. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, highly developed project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Excellent communication skills and experience communicating cross-functionally and with senior executives. The People We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who want to grow.
