Join Our Client's Team as a CRM Commercial Data Analyst Our client, a leading global hygiene and health company, is excited to welcome a CRM Commercial Data Analyst to their team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will secure the implementation of commercial systems, tools, & practices to enhance customer experience & improve sales & marketing productivity for the business. You will be responsible for leading, directing, & developing the respective CRM & CA organization structure, team, & performance to achieve maximum efficiency & effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Maximize the value of launched solutions and tools Support CRM utilization, engagement and value for sales & marketing functions Drive consistent way of working within CRM and related processes across designated region/countries. Co-develop CRM tools & related processes as part of a cross-functional global team Contribute to the development of a data-driven performance mindset/way-of-working across Business Unit by maximizing leverage of commercial analytics. Development of sales services tools and provide internal training sessions Develop and create customized reports and dashboards in alignment with Customer Analytics best practices. Requirements: Degree preferably in Business Administration, Statistics, or Economics 5 years related experience, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sector Experience in complex Excel files; VBA, DAX, & Power Query knowledge Experience with PowerPoint to create simple, visually impactful presentations CRM management skills Experience with Power BI, SALSA, SAP Experience with Project Management techniques & best practices Experience with leading teams
