Key Responsibilities Master our products and services within the B2B and ISP sectors to supercharge your sales tactics. Engage in comprehensive research to continuously enrich our lead database with high-quality prospects. Launch and manage outbound calling campaigns to establish new business relationships. Expertly qualify leads through direct interactions, evaluating their potential alignment with our offerings. Craft and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to captivate prospects and maintain engagement with key accounts. Ensure impeccable CRM management, upholding data integrity for seamless follow-up and customer relationship management. Leverage market insights, surveys, and research to uncover new lead generation avenues. Deepen relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs for potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Provide essential support to the sales and marketing teams with up-to-date sales materials. Investigate and exploit various channels for lead generation, aggressively pursuing viable sales leads. Strengthen and expand our current client relationships through consistent engagement and exemplary service. Essential Skills and Qualifications Outstanding command of English, with stellar verbal and written communication skills. Unwavering resilience and positivity, especially in the face of rejection. A rich background in cold calling, meticulous research, and effective CRM database management. Adeptness in active listening to accurately capture customer requirements. Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building prowess. Advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
