Cruise Staff Manager - Cape Town City Centre
Responsibility:
- Develops and brings to life entertainment and entertainment program with the objective of providing high class and continuous ambient entertainment and Passenger involvement throughout the Cruise.
- Motivates, trains and coaches the Entertainment Team.
- Provides the forthcoming cruise entertainment program for approval of the Cruise Director.
- Demonstrates ability to entertain, communicate and socialize with persons of all ages and backgrounds.
- Proven experience and expertise as a Cruise Staff/Waterpark Cruise Staff Manager in a similar working environment at sea or ashore at least 2 years.
- Arts Degree/Diploma advantageous.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and in at least 2 European Languages such as, Italian, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
- Successful background as a presenter (on stage or visual media)
- Wide knowledge of indoor & outdoor sports and games as applied to the Cruise Industry.
- Proven training experience of subordinates.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
