RPO Recruitment’s client in the Mining Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Crushing GES in Hotazel, Northern Cape. Responsibilities: Compliance with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies Investigate all incidents and accidents as per SOPs Execute maintenance work in accordance with maintenance management policy Ensure that root cause failure analysis (RCFAs) action plans are executed within assigned deadlines Assist subordinates with fault finding and technical analysis on machines Assist the maintenance manager to fill vacancies Review the performance of the engineering foremen on a monthly basis Manage workshop and plant discipline Conduct monthly and quarterly inspections on all equipment Provide technical assistance and direction to other functional groups in order to drive quality improvements and enhance the maintenance function Requirements: Grade 12 Engineering degree/diploma Fitter/Electrical Trade Test Certificate 5 years’ experience as Supervisor/Foreman in the Crushing and Screening industry 6 years’ experience in an open cast mining environment Benefits: Salary: R720K/yr - R1.2Mil/yr, salary negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
