What You Can Expect Responsible for providing an exceptional level of Customer Service to both internal and external Customers. The role comprises of both direct communication with Customers via telephone and email, as well as interacting with our SAP and My Mediset system to input Theatre Care bookings, invoicing, replenishments, credit / queries etc. How You'll Create Impact - Communicate successfully with Customers (both internal and external) via the appropriate media, being telephone, email or fax. - Learn and understand the importance of Zimmer Biomet products and services and apply empathy to situations / discussions with the Customers so as to recognize the potential impact of their actions to people's health and wellbeing. - Create, release and amend Theatre Care rental kit bookings from internal and external customers using My Mediset software and confirmation of availability - Process with the Loaner Application used for the booking of cases by Customers. - Invoicing of all theatre case bookings and comparing to the V stock balance. - Have a good financial acumen to be able to provide special pricing in certain circumstances as per medical aid limits, Hospital group pricing and other initiatives. - Provide usage reports/KPI reports as required - Have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Email. - To instigate system queries so as to be able to invoice and credit customers as the role requires. - Produce customer feedback reports as the role requires. - Be able to engage with and interact in a diverse team based in an Open Plan office environment. - To commit to being flexible in their working hours so as to be able to cover shifts within a 24 hour working environment. Other responsibilities: - Quotations for upcoming cases - Quotations for PO Pending/state - Government docs for quotations and invoices: SBD CSD BBBE Tax clearance - PO Pending completion - Order amendment and allocation - Backorder follow-ups and notifications - Queries from Debtors - Queries from Accounts receivable - Proof of delivery requests - CMD forms - New account creation - Account updates - Sales Representative and Surgeon creation in SAP ERP and Salesforce.com - Administration (ordering) and distribution of usage books - Loaner App maintenance - Medical aid/ICPS/Jointcare checks - SOQ Testing - Auto Consignment replenishment - Export support and docs, ie PFI's additionals shipping docs etc (support to QA.RA) - Rental invoices - ROSA placement support, quotations, BOM shipping - Order Returns and credits - Support to Loaner division - MISC goods ordering and PO creation - Government docs for quotations and invoices: SBD CSD BBBE Tax clearance - Demo and Sample processing What Makes You Stand Out - Productivity as per defined key performance indicators - Attention to detail - Financial acumen - Continuous assessment of phone manner and capability. - Knowledge of Zimmer Biomet's products and services. - Willingness to learn and grow. - Planning and organizing - Problem solving and analytical skills - Self-motivation and drive - Ability to prioritize workload and meet definite deadlines Your Background - Proven experience of working within an office environment - Experience of Microsoft Office - SAP experience is an advantage - Relevant qualification in Customer Services or previously experience of working in a Customer - Services team - Positive communication skills - Financial Acumen Travel Expectations EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability Apply Now
