MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook to good level of proficiency.
The candidate must as a minimum have passed Grade 12 (Matric) and a professional qualification in Logistics, Marketing or Sales will be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Planning, Ordering, Stock and Logistics Management:
Accurate planning and maintenance of the customers demand plan and placement of weekly orders.
Executing the administrative and logistic requirements to ensure the timeous and accurate delivery of products to the customer.
Customer and Client Liaison:
Forge and maintain Customer and Agent relationships
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters. Clearly communicating and updating the customers on orders and shipments.
Administration:
Generate weekly vessel loading plan
Management of container bookings
Generate loading instructions
Generate Invoices and Credit Notes
Processing of Account Sales
Actively participating in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015
