A Well-established printing and publishing firm has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Accounts Administrator to join their team on the outer skirts of Pretoria-East Pretoria-East and Kempton Park would be ideal areas to stay in Working hours: Monday – Friday: 07h30 - 16h30 Minimum requirements: 5 years’ experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excel intermediate – advance level and google sheets experience non-negotiable Relevant tertiary education would be an advantage Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Office 360 Suite and experience with CRM software is essential. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Duties will be, but are not limited to: Process customer quotes and orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate quote requests and jobs and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist with inventory management and tracking of product availability. Prepare reports and analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.
