We have a vacancy for a Customer Service / Customer Satisfaction consultant Duties : Daily telephonic calls to all customers who have been servicing their vehicles at a vehicle dealership, Dealing with customer complaints and passing on to the relevant manager to resolve, Updating vehicle database Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Customer Satisfaction Experience working for vehicle dealerships or automotive industry will be an added bonus Positive attitude with patience to deal with clients Experience with automotive systems like Evolve etc will be a bonus Grade 12 / Matric Well spoken with good communication and telephonic skills Please send your applications (CV) to eugenefirstdegreerecruitment.co.za or theresafirstdegreerecruitment.co.za
