Our client in the Automotive industry is looking for a Customer Executive to ensure optimal customer service to a client on completion of a sale for preparation of the car to be purchased and collected Key requirement Relevant qualifications Valid driver's license At least2 years of experience in a customer interfacing role MS Office suite Key responsibilities Monitor all customer care communication on WhatsApp group's to ensure that you are fully aware of deliverables and expectations Effective communication in ensuring that all requests to customer care are replied to in a timely manner with feedback in terms of next steps Arrange the drivers for pickups-public transport clients coming form outside destinations Advise the client on the customer service survey process Open file and accurately complete FICA administration and insurance Daily reports: Natis, comeback, vehicle condition and loyalty reports
