Customer Experience Manager - Western Cape

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business | Marketing or a related field
  • 5 years minimum experience in Customer Experience or a related role preferably in an IT environment
  • Proven track record of implementing successful customer experience strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and other Customer Service Tools
  • Must be able to provide pay slips on request
  • Must have contactable references

Salary Structure:
