Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Business | Marketing or a related field
- 5 years minimum experience in Customer Experience or a related role preferably in an IT environment
- Proven track record of implementing successful customer experience strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
- Proficiency in CRM Software and other Customer Service Tools
- Must be able to provide pay slips on request
- Must have contactable references
