A leader in the telecommunications and digital arena is looking for a Customer Insights Manager. The successful candidate will lead with market research to develop a clear and comprehensive view of the client experience, identifying opportunities for product and process improvement, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. If you’re passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and solving complex problems with data then we’d like to meet you. Use research to improve customer experience and behaviour Create alignment with our product and service o?ering Create customer focus groups Build internal client relationships Completion of qualitative and quantitative data analysis with measurable results to improve business strategic objectives Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to promote impactful change Requirements 3 years of analytics experience, background in customer intelligence a plus Strong proficiency with complex statistical analysis and memorable presentation skills Experience doing research using multiple sources Excellent writing and editing skills Quali?cations BCom Honours or higher in relevant ?eld Apply Now
