Duties & Responsibilities

Collecting and analysing customer data
Tracking sales representatives activities
Managing sales pipeline / opportunities for sales representatives
Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
Developing new ways to meet customers needs.
Handling customer complaints
Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
Delegating sales enquiries and ensuring enquiries are handled timeously
Creating and executing retention campaigns
Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
Help coordinate sales exhibitions.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum matric

5 years experience in a Customer Relations role.

Package & Remuneration

R15000.00 to R25000.00 depending years of experience.
