Duties & Responsibilities
- Collecting and analysing customer data
- Tracking sales representatives activities
- Managing sales pipeline / opportunities for sales representatives
- Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
- Developing new ways to meet customers needs.
- Handling customer complaints
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
- Delegating sales enquiries and ensuring enquiries are handled timeously
- Creating and executing retention campaigns
- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
- Help coordinate sales exhibitions.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum matric
5 years experience in a Customer Relations role.
Package & Remuneration
R15000.00 to R25000.00 depending years of experience.
