Customer Relations Manager - Boksburg

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collecting and analysing customer data
  • Tracking sales representatives activities
  • Managing sales pipeline / opportunities for sales representatives
  • Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
  • Developing new ways to meet customers needs.
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
  • Delegating sales enquiries and ensuring enquiries are handled timeously
  • Creating and executing retention campaigns
  • Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Help coordinate sales exhibitions.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum matric

5 years experience in a Customer Relations role.

Package & Remuneration

R15000.00 to R25000.00 depending years of experience.
