Duties & Responsibilities Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individual needs and requirements. Ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a professional manner within the required timeframes. Resolving any queries regarding products or services. Following-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates. Maintain current knowledge of products,programs,processes and policies. 2 years experience in a client services and relationship management role. Excellent verbal and written communication with both external and internal stakeholders. Helpdesk support experience is an advantage. High attention to detail and service-orientated. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Able to manage time,prioritze and adhere to strict deadlines. Experience in the call centre or retail industry is advantegeous.
