Gauteng, JHB - Eastern Suburbs R 8000 - R 10000 Monthly Basic Salary (Medical aid and Provident fund ) Customer Service Agent - Automotive - Kempton Park Job Description: Manage large amount of incoming/ outgoing calls Generate red alerts and escalation to higher management within reasonable time frame Building sustainable relationship and trust with customer through interactive communication Obtain accurate valid and complete information by using the correct tools supplied Meet customer team targets Keep records of customer interactions and process customer complaints and file documents Follow communication procedure, guidelines and policies set by the Company Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solution and alternatives within the time limits Follow up and ensure case is resolved within the time frame Go the extra mile to engage with the customer to resolve his complaint Minimum Requirements: Matric or higher tertiary qualification Code 8 licence Minimum 2 years in similar role Experience in truck breakdown services sector Read, Write and Speak English Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Strong phone contact handling skill and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication skills Technical background Experience with breakdown assistance Personal Attributes: People first attitude Technical and critical writing Ability to use positive language Clear communication skills Understand the customers point of view Seek a solution Remain calm and collected For more information please contact: Etienne De Wet
