Key Qualifications: Matric or higher tertiary qualification Code 8 licence Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role Read, write, and speak English fluently Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication skills our Mission: Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive experience. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and active listening. Utilize CRM systems to enhance customer interactions.
