Customer Service Agent / Internal Sales - Cape Town City Centre

Minimum Qualifications
  • Grade 12
  • Full proficiency on Microsoft office: Excel, word, Power point, email
  • Bilingual, English and Afrikaans(3rd African language beneficial)
  • Must have experience working on an ERP system.
  • Basic knowledge of export processes will be an advantage.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Processing of sales orders
  • Ensure that orders are captured correctly within the specified deadlines.
  • Invoicing of orders
  • ensuring that the orders are dispatched within the specified deadlines.
Daily Order management
  • Follow up and manage production orders and feedback to customers.
  • Follow up and manage import orders and feedback to customers.
  • Management of orders
  • Export orders prepare orders and documentation required for export.
Processing quotations
  • receiving and processing of quotation requests and ensuring timeous response to customers
  • processing of payments received for quotations.
  • Receiving customers and processing cash sales. Payments via card machine

Remuneration Package
CTC salary
13th cheque discretional based on company performance

Mon - Thurs 8am-5pm
