Reference: PE000866-M -1Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent/Internal Sales Person. Minimum Qualifications Grade 12 Full proficiency on Microsoft office: Excel, word, Power point, email Bilingual, English and Afrikaans(3rd African language beneficial) Must have experience working on an ERP system. Basic knowledge of export processes will be an advantage. Key Duties and Responsibilities Processing of sales orders Ensure that orders are captured correctly within the specified deadlines. Invoicing of orders ensuring that the orders are dispatched within the specified deadlines. Daily Order management Follow up and manage production orders and feedback to customers. Follow up and manage import orders and feedback to customers. Management of orders Export orders – prepare orders and documentation required for export. Processing quotations receiving and processing of quotation requests and ensuring timeous response to customers processing of payments received for quotations. Receiving customers and processing cash sales. Payments via card machine Remuneration PackageCTC salary13th cheque – discretional based on company performancePensionMedical AidMon - Thurs 8am-5pmFridays 8am-3pm
