A great opportunity exists to join a dynamic and successful education group in their Online Division with lots of opportunity to grow and develop within the Group. Candidates will need to work from home and must have their own reliable WIFI, be able to work flexible working hours including night shifts, is required. Student registration and academic progression counselling Active student engagement and support Student query resolution Cross departmental query resolution Team support, general & system administration If you have 3 years customer service experience, a degree/ Diploma and you are open to working night shifts- then we have an awesome, remote position for you Candidates must be able to work from home and have your own reliable WIFI. Laptops will be provided for home use. Client is looking to appoint people willing to work night shifts from 7pm to 4am. The Candidate would have to report into the office during the day shifts 8am – 5pm for the first 3-4 months of their employment for training before they become completely remote and work from home. This is a full-time work from home position after the first 4 months.
