The Customer Service and Support function is responsible for activities related to assisting, supporting, and resolving customers' questions specific to products and services. Training will be provided on the product/ service.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- Diploma or Degree would be advantageous.
- Previous work experience in a similar role (minimum 6 months)
- Computer, laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Corei5 Processor) with a noise-cancelling headset.
- Consistent power source; and reliable internet connection (25 Mbps, with a backup connection of 10 Mbps) in a quiet space that is free from distractions to work
- Back-up power and internet supplies to ensure you are able to complete your full shift.
