Customer Service Representative
KEY TASKS
- Establish strong trusting relationships with customers and Powafix Sales staff
- Attending to telephone calls and recording verbal orders
- Capture orders onto SAGE received via email, repsly, portals and telephone
- Attend to counter customers and order processing
- Invoicing picked orders and collating route supporting documents
- Cross border invoicing and required supporting documents
- Capturing stock exception report
- Putting together an organized accurate document pack for head office and sending on time
- Provide sales and customer support to the external sales team
- Attend to adhoc admin tasks
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS
Minimum 2-3 year experience in an internal customer service position
- A high school matric qualification
- Vehicle licence and own vehicle
- Good understanding and working knowledge of SAGE, excel, outlook and word.
- Display a positive solutions based mindset
- Well presentable with excellent mannerisms
- Strong communications skills written and verbal
- High EQ and self esteem
- Good Organizational and administration skills
- Strong ability to grow and develop product knowledge skills
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
- Take care in maintaining your personal appearance
- High levels of accuracy
- Manage varied work load to ensure task are always up to date
