Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade12)
  • PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone technique and good attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience:
  • Resolve queries, maintain communication and log results
  • Follow up on all queries and provide feedback to customers
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally
  • Direct calls to various departments
  • Take messages and ensure that all calls are followed up on
  • Manage stationery requirements
  • Maintain health and safety principles of the organisation
  • Process orders and check stock levels
  • Filing
  • Complete requested quotations, send to clients and follow up on orders and payments
