Customer Service Clerk - Cape Town City Centre
Qualifications:
Matric (Grade12)
PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent telephone technique and good attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Organisational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience:
Resolve queries, maintain communication and log results
Follow up on all queries and provide feedback to customers
Answer all incoming calls professionally
Direct calls to various departments
Take messages and ensure that all calls are followed up on
Manage stationery requirements
Maintain health and safety principles of the organisation
Process orders and check stock levels
Filing
Complete requested quotations, send to clients and follow up on orders and payments
