Our leading credit insurance client is looking for a Customer Service Consultant. The role will be mainly to interact with clients and advisors, providing prompt information and resolution to inquiries and complaints regarding products and services. Qualifications & Experience: BComm degree Working knowledge of credit insurance products and industry standards. Minimum 2 years' experience in credit insurance with an insurer/broker OR Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar service delivery environment Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate client data in the system. Ensure precise documentation is stored for reference. Handle client and advisor queries within agreed timelines. Prepare quotes as per divisional requirements. Resolve queries promptly, escalating only when necessary. Provide necessary documentation to clients. Support advisors for consistent client service delivery. Perform administrative tasks as directed. Manage expectations of internal and external clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Skills and Attributes: Ability to remain calm and manage emotions under pressure. Effective conflict resolution skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Clear and effective communication skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. High customer service ethic. Friendly demeanour with a proactive approach to assistance. Willingness to take on challenges and learn new processes. Demonstrates patience and a sense of urgency. Develops and maintains positive working relationships. Commits to completing tasks on time.
