Customer Service Consultant - Johannesburg


Qualifications & Experience:

  • BComm degree
  • Working knowledge of credit insurance products and industry standards.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in credit insurance with an insurer/broker OR Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar service delivery environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate client data in the system.
  • Ensure precise documentation is stored for reference.
  • Handle client and advisor queries within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare quotes as per divisional requirements.
  • Resolve queries promptly, escalating only when necessary.
  • Provide necessary documentation to clients.
  • Support advisors for consistent client service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks as directed.
  • Manage expectations of internal and external clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
