We're URGENTLY seeking Customer Service Consultants - 3 Months Projec t | Pine Lands (Cape Town), for our client in the Finacial Services Sector. MUST be availabl e to start on the 1st August 2024 MUST have a CLEAR Credit & Criminal record Shift work – rotational – Monday to Saturday – 7.00 am to 10 pm To provide positive experience by being helpful and senseticve to othe Customers needs Deal with client enquireries via telephone(inbound and outbound), email and web-chat First contact resolutions of applicable quesries or transactions Deal with First level of escalations and complaints Effectively manage the customers expectations Matric or NQF level 4 / Grade 12 Additional Tertiary advantageous Experience ( 6 months) in Inbound / Outbound customer service contact centre role Ability to communicate in additional SA language advantageous Microsoft knowledge – emailsetc. MUST have a CLEAR Credit Record MUST have a CLEAR Criminal Record Salary : R15 000 per month ( Non-negotiable) Contract: 3 Months (project based) Location: Mutual Park, Pinelands – Cape Town On-site : Shift work – rotational – Monday to Saturday – 7.00 am to 10 pm MUST be able to start on the 1st August 2024 MUST have a CLEAR Credit Record MUST have a CLEAR Criminal Record
