Customer Service Manager uD83CuDF1F Join the Team as a Customer Service Manager - Exciting Opportunity in a Thriving Manufacturing and Import/Export Company uD83CuDF1F We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join a prestigious manufacturing and import/export company, which has been a key player in the industry for over 40 years. Key Responsibilities: Managing staff and their duties, ensuring all team members have daily tasks to complete Ensuring the RD and LA warehouses are cleared of all stock in SAP each day Managing agents and ensuring all customer queries are resolved within the given time period Overseeing the Returns Department Compiling various reports for management Planning, coordinating, and controlling email, staff, and telephonic queries under the "Same Day Principle." Following up on open/pending service calls on a daily basis Communicating successes, issues/perpetual faults, and solutions to management. Maintaining an efficient, service-friendly environment Authorizing relevant documents needed for collections and forwarding them to the Returns Administrator Energizing and motivating the team through positive reinforcement of friendly, available, and quick customer service standards while executing and assigning customer service tasks daily Developing a working knowledge of company products, operation of products, and troubleshooting problems with products Handling any reasonable requests from management Qualifications and Experience: Completed Matric Proven experience in a customer service management role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems Ability to compile and analyze reports Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must currently be residing in Cape Town The Position: We're looking for a skilled Financial Manager to be office based in Woodstock, Cape Town. The pay range on offer is R25 000.00 to R35 000.00 (Negotiable) CtC Package Per Month. This is not a remote working position and standard working hours from the office in Woodstock, Cape Town will apply.
