Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Key Responsibilities Receiving and processing orders timeously on SAP to ensure we meet delivery expectations Maintaining of backorders/open and forward orders on SAP daily and advise customers accordingly Assisting customers with quotes and stock availability Answering all incoming calls/ assisting all walk-in customers in a professional manner Ensuring that all customer complaints, issues, and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion, including account queries Growing CPT house client base Qualifications and Experience requirements Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) OR Customer Service Certificate would be advantageous Microsoft Office Sales experience within the chemical industry (3-5 years) Experience in a distribution and stockiest environment will be advantageous Knowledge & Skills Customer service - knowledge of principles and processes Advanced excel knowledge Good communication skills Self-Starter Good organizational skills SAP knowledge
