Customer Service Representative - Electrical Sector - Johannesburg

Role overview: The primary function for the role is to provide commercial support for portfolio of customers type of project business. In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers and internal parties via email, phone, chat and case management tools. Responsibilities: - Handle inquiries via phone, chat and email from customers and/or internal parties. - Order management: order entry for flow and project business, price checking, order clearing compliant with Eaton's policies for domestic and export orders. - Complaint handling. Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service. - Full coordination of delivery and billing, including multiple product lines and respective sequencing of project orders to fulfill external customer project. - Handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. - Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration request, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration. - Manage Quotation activities for Customers and Sales Managers for All Divisions where as and when required. - Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics and using pro-active communication across internal network of multiple product lines. - Foster an environment which promotes Eaton's goals and philosophy, encourage continuous improvement and build customer relationships Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer support role. - Basic MS Office know-how. - SAP knowledge or any Case Management Tool is desired. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal), Customer Service attitude. - Strong attention to details, punctuality. - Problem solving mindset. - Team work oriented. - English language knowledge at advanced level is required, knowledge of mutli-language would be desired.
