CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - GERMAN SPEAKING - Remote We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals fluent in German No work experience is required. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you Position: Customer Service Representative (6-month contract - Work from home Starting October 2024) Language: German Experience: None required Requirements: Own Laptop Wifi Responsibilities: Resolving all inbound and outbound support requests according to our internal guidelines Support work via e-mail, chat and phone Escalating tickets to mentors and team leaders if necessary Giving feedback on processes and ideas to improve customer satisfaction Special tasks optional for experienced agents (e.g. Social media support, reputation management,) The ideal candidates for our team would have: Minimum level of B2 in both the language they are supporting and English (B1 can be an option for seasonal hires during high season) Experience of at least a year in a customer service or similarly customer centric position preferred (but not a must) The ability to work and think independently and a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong multitasking skills and a flexible mindset to keep up with our dynamic and fast-paced work environment A passion for working with people and empathy for customers and co-workers alike, even when working under pressure Join our team from the comfort of your own home Employment Details Employment Type: Contractor Industry: Not specified Work space preference: Work from Home Ideal work province: Ideal work city: Salary bracket: R 7000 - 10000 Drivers License: N/A Own car needed: No See above Monthly Salary: R10000 - R10000
